Please follow these Maintenance Guidelines and Standards requirements:
  • All trash, trash containers, and recycling containers placed at the curb shall be removed within a 24 hour period after pickup.
  • No dog is permitted to be left unattended outdoors. No pet is permitted to become a nuisance, a threat to safety, or a disturbance to other residents.
  • Homeowners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog while walking in common areas or other homeowners lots.  

Membership Amenities

The heart of the community is our members-only Lake Colony Recreation Club, which features two tennis courts, a 25'X50' swimming pool, pleasant pool-side gazebo and outdoor grill, and a fun playground!
The 2025 Pool Season will start on May 10th!
Please be aware there will be NO lifeguards on duty. Recreation Club pool rules are listed here:
